Conference Fee Concessions

Thank you for your enquiry regarding concessions for the Amaroo 2026 event.

We truly understand how important it is for you to attend. Everyone who has received the techniques of Knowledge is welcome, and no one will be turned away due to inability to pay the Conference Fee. That said, we’d like to share some context around the event costs.

The Conference Fee reflects the expenses involved in running a high-quality event at Ivorys Rock, a purpose-built venue in a beautiful natural setting. Rising costs and the venue’s reliance on occasional events like Amaroo to stay sustainable have all played a part in setting this year’s fee.

We’ve done our best to keep the cost reasonable while ensuring a meaningful and well-supported event for all. Your contribution directly supports the ongoing operation of the venue and the success of the event.

Please bear in mind that this event is the only opportunity Ivorys Rock has in the year to create a fund that will ensure proper maintenance of the site at Amaroo, so that it remains available for future events.

The Concessions Team recognise that people's circumstances vary, and do change over time. A further reduced fee is possible, of $550.
