Amphitheatre TRANSLATION LANGUAGES

Nine languages are offered - Deutsch 🇩🇪 French 🇫🇷 Hindi 🇮🇳 Japanese 🇯🇵 Spanish 🇪🇸 Tamil 🇮🇳 Italian 🇮🇹 Mandarin & Cantonese 🇨🇳 There will also be an Enhanced English Channel for people with hearing difficulties.

You will need to bring an FM radio with headphones, that receives 87.7 to 108 MHZ. Do not rely on your mobile phone's radio, as WiFi at Ivorys Rock can be unreliable.

KNOWLEDGE REVIEW

At the Conference Hall.

Please note changes: The morning Practice Sessions have been cancelled due to a new schedule of events in the Hall. Only one Knowledge Review will take place.

Knowledge Review Registration will take place at the front entrance of the Conference Hall soon after the Amaroo morning event finishes. Seating is limited. Please have your Smart Card to attend.

Please be advised that e-scooters & bikes are not allowed at Amaroo due to the risk of pedestrian accidents. This does not include mobility scooters used by people with disabilities.

The Farm

You are welcome to visit the Farm and enjoy its quiet atmosphere during event days.
Picnic type snacks and hot teas can be purchased. (eftpos / cash)
Open - 1 hour after the morning event. Close - 1 hour before the afternoon event.
Directions - Take the shuttle to the ‘Farm Bus Stop’ at the roundabout. Then walk along Peak Organics Road. (the farm road has been upgraded)
Please note: The farm does not carry stock for serious shopping or ingredients for cooking meals. These are provided by the Deli and other outlets in the Pavilion.

ROTATIONAL SEATING

Rotational seating is now closed

To be part of Rotational Seating register by midnight tonight, Saturday 22 August AEST

How it works: 'Rotational seating' is a computer generated random seating system that divides the amphitheatre into four bands, from closest to the stage to farthest.

From Tuesday through Friday, each attendee is assigned to a seat in a different section for the day — so over the four days, everyone sits in each band once. Monday seating, usually a single event, is completely random.

Your seat allocation will be sent to you approx 10 days prior to the event, as part of your E-ticket.
