How do I make a reservation to dine at Dayas Restaurant?
- Online: click here for Dinner or Lunch. Make your reservations as soon as possible to secure the day(s) and / or night(s) preferred.
- On site: Please visit Dayas Fine Dining booth #28 in the Pavilion
- If you’d like to add more people to your reservation after booking it, please email us to let us know in advance or let us know asap at Dayas booth #28
What are Dayas Booth #28 in the Pavilion hours?
- Sunday: 2 pm – 6 pm
- Monday: 10 am – 2:30 pm
- Tuesday–Friday: Noon -2 pm
When does lunch begin?
- Except on Monday (where no morning event is scheduled to date), the first shuttle bus will leave from Dayas Tent /Marquee, located across from the Pavilion area, approximately 45 minutes to one hour after the morning event ends.
- On Monday, the first shuttle to Dayas will leave approximately at noon, but we suggest to confirm this time at Dayas booth #28 in the Pavilion area.
- After lunch, shuttle buses will return guests to Pavilion area.
When does dinner begin?
- Approximately 1 hour (to 1 ½ hours) after the afternoon event ends, the first shuttle bus will leave Dayas Bus Stop Marquee to transport guests to the Restaurant.
- Guests will be seated on arrival to enjoy the atmosphere, starters, and drinks.
- Shuttle buses will run continuously during the evening and return guests after dinner to the Pavilion area bus stop where they were first picked up.
Can I visit the bar at Dayas?
- If you’re booked to dine, you are welcome to visit the Restaurant Bar.
- ‘Bar only’ passes (for a fee) might be available on site. Check onsite at Dayas booth #28 in the Pavilion area
If I get COVID or sick and cannot dine, will I be able to get a refund?
- Yes. Please let us know asap.
- You may also transfer your reservation to another party.
Can I add someone else to my reservation party after I’ve done my booking?
- Yes, you may add people to your reservation, if space is still available.

- Once onsite, please email us or let us know at Dayas booth #28 in the Pavilion area
How much does lunch cost?
- Monday - Friday: AUD $ 250.00 (approx. USD $175.00)
- Lunch price includes: transportation to and from Dayas Restaurant, a sumptuous buffet lunch, and a raffle ticket giving each guest a chance to win a second-row seat at that evening’s event.
How much does dinner cost?
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: AUD $360 (approx. USD $250)
- Thursday and Friday: AUD $725 (approx. USD $500)
- Dinner prices include transportation to and from Dayas Restaurant– see menus. In addition, each guest will receive a raffle ticket giving the chance to win a second-row seat at the following day’s morning event. (Friday night excluded as there is no event on Saturday)
Can I request to sit indoors in one of the dining rooms or outdoors on the veranda?
- Lunch will primarily be served indoors, but note that doors to all dining rooms will be left open for better air circulation.
- Seats at lunch will be assigned on arrival at the restaurant.
- Dinner will primarily be served indoors with busy evenings inclusive of outdoor seating.
- To request to sit outdoors at dinner, please email us after making your reservation at dayasfinedining@timelesstoday.io or check at Dayas booth #28 in the Pavilion area.
For Dinner, please note the following:
- All guests will be pre-assigned to indoor seating in one of our 7 dining rooms, but if outdoor seating is requested, it will be available on a first come, first serve basis, as we have a limited amount of outdoor seating. You will be assigned your seat / table on arrival at the restaurant.
- For indoor seating, note that doors to the dining rooms will be left open, so please bring a sweater or something in case it is a cold day or night.
Will there be vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free options for lunch and dinner?
- Yes - at every meal.

What do you provide for special occasion celebrations?
- When you make your reservation, let us know, on the form, that you will be celebrating a special occasion. A small cake will be provided. You can also email us at dayasfinedining@timelesstoday.io
- Please note we will need to know in advance to be able to supply a cake.
Can I check items that I brought to the event at Dayas reception?
- We will have a cloak room area on the internal verandah to store back packs, hang coats, etc.
- On arrival, ask a host for assistance.
Can I book to dine at Dayas once I am at Amaroo?
- You are encouraged to make your reservation now or asap
- However, if you are unsure, please check onsite at Dayas Booth #28 to see if there is any availability. Note that Thursday and Friday nights usually sell out in advance online.
