Is there Early Bird for the Conference Fee? When does Early Bird close?
There is no Early Bird discount for the Conference Fee.
Some Accommodation options have the Early Bird discount. Early Bird is not available on Bunkhouses, Cabins or Powered Motorhome Spaces. Please check the 'Prices' section in the grey drop-down on the Accommodation page.

Where can I buy a Day Pass?
Day Passes are available to purchase at the Welcome Hall from Sunday 7th September. $185 each day.
Can I just book accommodation and then register later?
No. You will need to book your on-site Accommodation and Transport at the same time as booking Registration

If you are having your Motorhome delivered by a company, it can arrive onsite from Friday 6 Sept. It must be removed by Monday 16th. Please indicate the arrival date & time of your Motorhome when you make your booking. Otherwise, it may be subject to lengthy delays on arrival.
Directions: Follow the signs and drive directly to the Motorhome Registration where you will be given instructions on how to proceed. Whoever is driving or delivering the vehicle will need to have your details (Name and Registration details.)

Can I hire a linen pack for my Motorhome?
Yes you can hire linen packs for Motorhomes at $40 per bed from the Guest Services Office at Jacaranda and Green Camp. Linen pack includes: 2 x sheets (either double or single), 2 x Woollen Blankets, 2 x pillowcases 2 x bath towels, 1 x bathmat, 1 x hand towel. These can be paid for at the Guest Service offices in Green Camp or Jacaranda Office.
Can I have my Motorhome serviced onsite?
Yes you can have your Motorhome's sewage cassette emptied and water topped up for a fee of $50. Booking details Accommodation page.
Will there be buses from my hotel to Amaroo every day?
Yes, there will be buses to and from Amaroo on the event days. 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th September. There will be pick-up points near certain hotels in Brisbane and Ipswich. The details are available on the Transport Page
If your hotel is not mentioned, you will need to make arrangements to get to the nearest pickup and drop-off location to catch the Amaroo Hotel Transfer Bus. You will need to present your pre-purchased ticket to board the Bus. Tickets are not available for purchase on the Bus. See the Transport page for prices and details.
What kind of transportation help will there be on-site for people with Special Needs?
Assisted Access (formerly Special Needs) has arranged for a low floor bus to be provided for Assisted Access (AA) guests. You will need to complete a register form. Please only register if you have mobility issues that make it difficult for you to climb steps into a bus without assistance. This is a free service. Register Here
Free Shuttles: All guests can use the free onsite shuttles buses that operate between the Ivorys Rock Reception, Jacaranda & Sandy Creek campgrounds, and the Pavilion. Free buses also run between the Pavilion & Amphitheatre. It is not necessary to book.

When can I arrive?
All attendees are welcome to come on-site from 8am Saturday 6th September.
Important information: If you are staying on-site, you need to arrive before Reception closes at 5pm. If you cannot arrive by 5pm, you will need to make arrangements to stay off-site and come the next day.
Swagman: You must arrive by 4pm for safety reasons. Tents cannot be set up in the dark due to safety concerns.
* If you are flying from overseas, and arriving late, we suggest you book a hotel to recover from your trip before coming on-site. More information is available on the Transport and Accommodation pages.
Departures: All guests will need to depart by 3pm Saturday 13th September.
Can I arrive early and volunteer?
Please visit the Volunteer page to see some of the roles on offer. You can fill in the form to say how you would like to help, and when you are able to arrive. This is very useful information and we thank you for making yourself available.
The Teams are currently working to identify their needs. Once that is clear, the teams decide which volunteer roles are required to start early and those roles will be filled. Volunteers required to arrive early will be personally invited.
Most overseas visitors need a visa to enter Australia. Please make sure you obtain the correct visa.
People from some countries, like India and Nepal, are required to show the Australian government some evidence of the purpose of their visit.
Prior to applying for your visa, it is highly recommended to register for the event and to request an 'Invitation Letter' for visa purposes.
Your Registration Confirmation Email and 'Invitation Letter' will support your visa application.
* However you can request an Invitation Letter without having registered for Amaroo first.

Please note: If you are flying via New Zealand, even if you are just transiting, you will also need to apply for a New Zealand visa. https://nzeta.immigration.govt.nz
I don’t have a Smart Card. Can I still attend the event?
The Smart Card number is used to verify that attendees have learned the techniques of Self Knowledge, as shown by Prem Rawat. This is a requirement of entry to Amaroo 2025. We advise you apply asap so you have a smooth registration process. To apply, go to the Smart Card grey drop-down on the Registration Page.
Can I bring my child?
The Amaroo Event is unique and special for people who have learned Prem Rawat’s Techniques of Self-Knowledge. Please make other arrangements for your child while you enjoy the events.
Is there WiFi at Amaroo?
Yes there is free guest WiFi. As Ivorys Rock is a large rural property, not all areas receive coverage. The Pavilion has good WiFi and most campgrounds.

Will there be ATMs at Amaroo?
Yes there will be ATMs. We also suggest you change currency before you arrive, as there can sometimes be a long queue for the ATM. Food vendors advise to bring cash, as credit card payment via WiFi can sometimes not be working.
Can I charge my electric vehicle onsite?
This is not possible at Amaroo, but you can charge in Ipswich before and after the event (which should be sufficient for the 5 days your car will be parked in the Amaroo parking lot).
