Buses to Airport from Ivorys Rock

Friday 12th:  Two Buses will run. The first at 7.30pm. The second Bus at Midnight.
Shuttles will pick you up 30 minutes before these times, at Green & Yellow Campground Hubs (storm shelters), and Jacaranda Campground.
Saturday 13th: Buses will run every hour starting at 4.00am.  The last one will be 3.00pm.

Please note: The Shuttles will take you from the campgrounds to Ivorys Rock Reception, where you can transfer to the Airport Bus. Please deposit your luggage in the appropriate bin for the International or Domestic terminal. All buses go directly to Brisbane Airport.

Ivorys Rock closes to all guests at 3pm Saturday 13th.

WIFI
A request regarding your use of WIFI. Please be considerate to everyone's needs and not stream movies or videos. There is enough bandwidth for normal use including messaging, wifi calling and browsing. Thankyou! πŸ‘πŸΌ

If you are unable to attend all of the event days, Day Passes are available for purchase from the Welcome Hall (Ivorys Rock Reception area) Price $185 per day. Available from Sunday 7 September

PARKING AT AMAROO
Important πŸ”₯ Please do not park on long grass, as the heat from your car can ignite the grass.  Follow the directions of the team at the car park - local Lions Club members are helping out πŸ™‚

BRISBANE & IPSWICH HOTEL BUS PICK UP TIMES
Operating daily to Ivorys Rock and return, Tuesday 9th to Friday 12th Sept.
Buses depart Brisbane daily at 7.00am.
Buses depart Ipswich and Springfield daily at 7.30am.

TRANSPORT UPDATE 
Free on-site Shuttle buses operate between the Welcome Hall  (Ivorys Rock Reception) Jacaranda & Sandy Creek Campgrounds & the Pavilion. 
Shuttles run regularly - approx every 15 minutes 8am to 9pm Saturday 6 to Friday 12  Sept and on Saturday 13 Sept 3:30am to 3pm  See Map

AMAROO KNOWLEDGE REVIEWS 
Knowledge Reviews will take place in the Conference Hall, Wed 10th & Thurs 11th during the break between events.  Times and Registration details are in the Schedule
Morning Practice Sessions - For people staying onsite, the Hall will be open for practice sessions 6am-8am Monday 8th to Friday 12th.

THE FARM
You are welcome to visit the Farm and enjoy it as a quiet zone to relax in during event days. 
Picnic type snacks and hot teas can be purchased. (eftpos / cash)
Please note: The farm does not carry stock for serious shopping or ingredients for cooking meals. These are provided by the Deli and other outlets in the Pavilion.
Open - 1 hour after the morning event. Close - 1 hour before the afternoon event.
Shuttles will stop at the Farm Bus Stop. Follow the signs down the bush track.

Apply at Shop 14 in the Pavilion. Open between events and for 1 hour after the evening event.

TPRF ACTIVITIES - AMAROO 2025 
TPRF is offering inspiring presentations, videos and a fun Photo Booth in Pavilion Shops 18 & 19.  
A Peace Education Program presentation will be hosted in the Conference Hall, 2pm Tuesday, open to all.  The Panel Discussion will share the latest developments, course content & improvements, with an opportunity for Q&A and more.  All the details are on the Pavilion page

E-TICKETS HAVE BEEN SENT
If you are registered for Amaroo but have not received your E-Ticket, check your Junk/Spam. 
The QR Code on your E-Ticket is specifically designed as part of the check-in process.  It only works when it is scanned at Amaroo.  
Your Wet Zone letter indicates the zone you will be sitting in the Pavilion Marquee (if it is raining) There are no individual seating numbers in the zones.

HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
Currently there is a surge in Influenza and Covid in Australia and overseas. Please take precautions to keep yourself well on your travels and while you attend the event. We hope these suggested precautions are helpful.  Covid tests will not be supplied.  Read the Precautions

Please be advised that e-scooters are not allowed at Amaroo due to the risk of pedestrian accidents. This does not include mobility scooters used by people with disabilities.

Please bring an FM radio with headphones which can receive FM frequencies from 87.7 to 108 MHz. A radio with a digital display is best for tuning. Do not rely on your mobile phone as WiFi can be unreliable. *The English Enhancement Channel is for people who are hard of hearing.
